  • All information, images, renderings, prices, delivery dates, and specifications are sourced from developers or owners. While we strive to present them accurately, we do not independently verify their accuracy, completeness, or real-time updates.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

  • The Site provides display and brokerage services only and does not constitute any binding offer of sale or contract.
  • Any reservation, inquiry, or preliminary payment made through the Site is non-binding until a formal contract is signed directly with the developer or owner.
  • thehorizonrealestate.com shall not be liable in any way for:
    • The accuracy or validity of any information or data in listings or projects.
    • Delays in delivery, changes in specifications, defects in units, issues with licenses or ownership.
    • Any disputes, financial losses, damages, or claims arising from any transaction or dealing.
    • Developer bankruptcy, project cancellation, price changes, or any risks associated with off-plan or pre-construction purchases.
  • The client bears full responsibility for independently verifying all details (e.g., checking the Real Estate Public Registry, reviewing licenses, site inspection, consulting a specialized lawyer, etc.).

3. Brokerage Fees / Commission

  • We are entitled to charge brokerage fees (commission) for the services provided, in accordance with prevailing market practices in the Egyptian real estate sector.
  • The amount of the commission is determined based on the type of transaction (sale/lease), its value, and any agreement with the relevant parties (client and developer/owner).
  • The commission is typically due upon completion of the final transaction and signing of the official contract, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We are committed to transparency and will inform you of any applicable fees in advance where relevant.

4. User / Client Obligations

  • Provide true and accurate information when registering or submitting inquiries.
  • Do not use the Site for illegal purposes, misleading activities, or infringement of others’ rights.
  • Comply with the terms of any reservation or preliminary agreement (e.g., timely payment of deposits).
  • Prohibited: Copying content, images, or data without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property
